Spanning 54 m², this space is perfectly appointed to accommodate up to 4 guests, with additional provisions including a sofa bed and an extra bed. It serves as an ideal home base for all visitors of the trade fair city.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and coffee machine, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
