Hotel vicino a Leister Park - Hampstead

“Staff was very friendly and accommodating, gave hotel a 4 star opposed to a 5 star other guest dropped food all in the hall. Staff cleaned it up just that I actually seen the mess and do appreciate they came and cleaned it and not wait for the morning to get it up”

“Room not clean. Breakfast not up to standard.”

“Almost no hot water, three of the lightbulbs were burned out in our room. No cups”

“Amble parking, good included breakfast and nice staff. The door entering the rooms are very noisy. They slam shut. You need new entry doors for the rooms.”

“There was a fridge in the room but no microwave. The A/C was off, the room was stuffy. It was loud when turned on and it took almost the entire stay to get the room temperature decent. The A/C stayed loud for the whole visit. Balcony had no chairs unlike other rooms so was useless. It really could have been better. Best thing about the room was the size of the shower.”
