Seating at the island as well as large dining table or take your meals outside to the 12 person dining table flanked by matching sectionals all on the covered deck.
The Master en suite on the main floor features a custom tile shower with private access to the covered deck. A queen bedroom with lake-views and cozy double full bedroom are situated on the upper level with a shared bathroom that includes a jetted tub. The lower level boasts a large family entertainment space with custom wet bar and tables for games, unique stained concrete flooring and a king bedroom adjoined with the final bedroom which holds two full beds and a twin trundle. An oversized tile shower with dual shower heads to clean up after a long day on the water is on the lower level as well.

The lake water level will vary throughout the year. The Corp of Engineers (COE) controls the water level and lowers the water level every winter to a “winter pool” and then slowly raises it starting in April to the Summer level. Summer pool is from Memorial Day-October 15th.
