“1- the AC didn’t work in our room for 2 days. They initially tried blaming the outside temp (85-94), but the room wasn’t comfortable enough to sleep in. They sent maintenance twice but couldn’t fix. Had to switch rooms mid-stay. The new room just two doors down was downright chilly, so it wasn’t the outside temp causing problems. The common areas weren’t cooled during 90 degree days. 2- hot/cold water in all faucets was reversed. That’s a huge problem when traveling with a special needs kid who...
