Summary:
Experience modern Leland luxury with 5 large bedrooms, 3 full baths, fabulous game room, newly furnished with indoor and outdoor living spaces! Available weekly from Saturday to Saturday.

The Space:
Welcome to Leland luxury at the TLC Cottage! This property is brand new to the rental market and has barely been slept in! The home features 1 king bedroom with large ensuite bath, 2 Queen bedrooms, and 2 full size bunk rooms. Location is key, and this property is just a minute north of all of Leland's charm including its iconic beaches. Other fabulous features include a large recreation room complete with pool table, ice hockey table, darts, TV area, and wet bar. The chef's kitchen is ideally designed with an expansive island, an additional wet bar, pantry, and large dining space. The outdoor space offers private outdoor dining on the deck, grill, fire-pit, and hot-tub. All of this is just a minute north of Leland! ** Hot Tub installation will be complete winter of 2025.

Great property, better than advertised. The house is very clean and well stocked with essentials, even some extra beach chairs and beach toys for the kids. Aesthetically, the house beautiful - high end, but finished/furnished in a manner that we were not worried about our two young kids (5 and 4) getting into trouble, and the basement/game room was very kid friendly and a perfect way to start and end the day. The location is great, just outside of downtown but certainly walkable. Check-in and check-out was a smooth process and the team was prompt in their communication. It felt like a home away from home for a few days, and the family is already looking at future dates to return.

Wonderful TLC cottage!

We had a wonderful stay at the TLC cottage. What's not to love about an essentially brand new property! It was immaculately clean and stocked with all accessories needed for a perfect stay. Communication with the property manager was efficient and pleasant. The location is quite convenient and is just a 10 minute walk (quite pleasant if yiu take the side streets) from all of the shops, restaurants, and North Beach in Leland. We have stayed in many properties in Leelanau county, and would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful cottage to you!
