“A bit disappointed. Check-in was at 3, we arrived at 4:30 and were told they were short staffed and no rooms were ready yet. After waiting they gave us a room and complimentary breakfast. Breakfast was very undercooked and my wife found a hair in her eggs. The pool and hot tub are very small and we're too crowded to even get into. We heard people talking from other rooms well into the night. Staff was friendly but a 1 and done for this place. ”

“My first room did not have a tv. So I asked to be moved to a room with a tv. The second room was better. The price for the hotel was cheaper then other in the areas so you definitely get what you pay for. The elevator, hallways and rooms could benefit from a remodel. The room felt dirty and I could hear people all night but breakfast was delicious. I would stay here again but I would look for other options first. I checked out early because people outside and in the hallway were too loud. I...

“This location was such an unexpected delight. Seriously one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in for the price. Don’t miss adding on the breakfast, it was yummy and I can’t stop thinking of sitting outside sipping coffee overlooking the pool waterfall what a chocolate croissant.”

“Got a room with a jacuzzi tub in room just for the jacuzzi. It did not work at all. Called front desk for ice and was told that they would not bring me ice when all I asked was if there was ice on site. After looking for the ice machine get to it, no ice. Horrible service. ”

“Room was ok, clean, pillows were super small and uncomfortable. We were 2nd floor and the gym must have been above us... people walking back and forth for hours until after midnight then early in the am again. Breakfast was ok, not bad... plenty of it”
