“Sauberes Zimmer - Parkplatz sehr gut - nahe der Altstadt - ruhige Zimmer - gut klimatisiert”

“Wir waren als Familie unter der Woche da und das Personal war so gut wie nicht vorhanden, aber die die da waren, waren sehr nett. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft und die Anlage des Hotels inklusive. Der Gestaltung ist auch wirklich toll und wunderschön. Nur das Frühstück fanden wir etwas sehr spartanisch. Wahrscheinlich lag es daran, dass es am Donnerstagmorgen einfach zu wenig Gäste gab. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert.”

“Wir hatten 3 Nächte gebucht, konnten aber aufgrund von Flugausfällen leider nicht im Hotel übernachten. Da ich wieder zurück muss, bat ich um eine neue Buchung oder eine Rückerstattung. Dies wurde jedoch abgelehnt. 3 Tage bezahlt, ohne zu bleiben und keine Rückerstattung. Avevo prenotato 3 notti ma a causa di cancellazione dei voli purtroppo non ho soggiornato all'hotel e, poichè debbo tornare ho chiesto una nuova prenotazione o un rimborso . Ma è stato rifiutato . 3 giorni pagati senza...

“I strongly discourage solo women staying in this estaishment. It is filthy, unsafe, in a terrible area and, despite what they told Expedia for their listing, there is no parking. I had to park in the only "safe" parkhaus overnight where there was a break in attempt on the boot of my car. I never would have booked here had I known about the parking situation. Add to this the fire safety risk of being funnelled to a narrow corridor and narrow malfunctioning lift after check-in because the codes...

“Es war alles super, sehr zu empfehlen, nur das Frühstück hat uns für den Preis sehr enttäuscht! Es war noch nicht alles angerichtet, als wir kamen ( es war nach Beginn der Frühstückszeit), Auswahl und Menge rechtfertigen den Preis nicht .”

Probably one of the biggest rooms I have ever had and had to stop myself from complaining to myself that I had to walk so far from the sofa to the safe! We can really recommend spending that little bit more to stay in one of the newer top floor rooms. We would stay there again without a doubt”
