Comfortable, clean and spacious room with balcony looking out to the water. Sunset views were amazing from all over the hotel. Food was great and prices were reasonable. Only downside was not being able to sit on the beach and nowhere to walk to. But for a few nights it was fine to not go anywhere.”

Ho avuto problemi con la porta di ingresso, la serratura non funzionava, ci hanno messo 3 giorni a metterla a posto; si è rotto il motorino della cassaforte; in camera alla notte c'era una costante e forte puzza di fognatura. Il ristorante ha poca scelta sul menù e non è passato giorno senza che mancasse qualcosa, una volta erano gli aranci, una volta il pollo ecc. Un vero peccato, era un gioiellino di hotel, ora non lo è più.”

Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene, grazie anche al personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Senggigi si trova a 5 minuti di taxi (20'000 IDR) e se vi serve il trasporto per l'aereoporto o per raggiungere il molo, basta chiedere, vi daranno la possibilità di scegliere tra il trasporto privato o un taxi.”

The room as well as the rest of the common areas were dirty as if they have not been cleaned for weeks, the food at the restaurant was really bad and they did not have any of the plates offered in the menu. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures posted and we were really disappointed by its state. ”
