The home comfortably sleeps 12 guests across four bedrooms:

Primary Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed

Bedroom 2: 2 Twin Beds

Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed

Bedroom 4: 2 Twin Beds and 2 Full Beds



There are three full bathrooms, including one on the first floor and two on the second floor. The first-floor bathroom features a single vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination. One upstairs bathroom includes a double vanity with the toilet and shower tucked behind a pocket door for added privacy. The shower features a rainfall shower head and a river rock floor, creating a spa-like feel. The second upstairs bathroom offers a single vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination.



The fully equipped kitchen features a new refrigerator and dishwasher, electric range, drip coffee maker, K-Cup coffee maker, and plenty of space for gathering. The dining table seats 8 to 10 guests, while the large counter-height island provides seating for four.



One of the home's standout features is the expansive 300-square-foot screened porch, offering a comfortable outdoor living area with seating for eight and a spacious dining table that seats 12 to 14. It's the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, family meals, or simply relax while overlooking the beautiful wildflower field with mountains in the distance. The outdoor deck is another peaceful spot to unwind and enjoy the scenery.



Rich in history, the original timber-frame structure showcases exposed beams throughout the first floor and an original exposed support post that highlights the home's authentic character. Hardwood floors with area rugs run throughout most of the first floor, while the bedrooms are carpeted, with hardwood in the hallway and tile in the bathrooms. During cooler months, the wood stove in the living room creates a warm and inviting gathering space.



Outside, guests can enjoy the spacious yard featuring a one-of-a-kind swing made from a vintage ski lift chair, along with a natural boulder area that's perfect for kids to climb and explore.
