“Beautifully restored old farmhouse, with plenty of character, lots of space, and (mostly) all the facilities you could want. Very friendly and helpful owners. Perfect position for the ski bus, with a convenient local supermarket. The "mostly" refers to the fact that the satellite TV wasn't working - not a technical issue, just a lot of snow covering up the dish. All in all, thoroughly recommended.”

“Sehr netter Bauernhof. Appartement Filzalm befindet sich NICHT in der Filzalm, sondern einen steilen Wanderweg davon entfernt. Nachdem wir diesen Irrtum verarbeitet hatten, hatten wir einen sehr netten Urlaub mit netter Gastgeberfamilie.”

“Hyggeligt lille sted. Ligger langt fra alting. Egner sig ikke til stop over på vej syd på. Tager min 30-40 min at komme tilbage på motorvejen. Værelset var meget lille. Badeværelset var så småt at jeg ikke kunne stå oprejst. Ekstrem hård seng. Vil ikke anbefale dette sted.”

“We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment at The House for a recent ski trip with the family. The apartment was clean & spacious and rooms were large enough. All the facilities were there to make breakfasts & dinner. Great location, literally a 3 minute walk to the City Express Gondola, where you can leave your rental skis in the depot and your ski boots in a 3 Euro/day boot locker. The only real down side was the cost of breakfast at 22 Euros per person per day, a bit steep so we bought food in from...

“Lage war echt Top*****Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in Ellmau und Umgebung. Eine traumhafte Gegend,kommen gerne wieder. Die Betten der Kinder waren gut nur das "Bett"Schlafcouch war sehr unbequem(durchgelegen).Bei 8 Nächten nicht gerade erholsam.Sehr schade. Die Hausbetreuung war nicht erreichbar. Hatten mehrmals versucht per Handy und Festnetz Sie zu kontaktieren (auch kein Rückruf).”
