Hotel vicino a Leonardo's Children's Museum and Adventure Quest - Enid

“I entered the hotel and IMMEDIATELY smelled gas. I asked if that was normal and was told “unfortunately yes”. I entered my room and found hair all over my bathroom that clearly had not been cleaned. I went down to the front desk and was handled by the friendly front desk person and given a new room where I found the same dirty issues. Thankfully the front desk took care of me after, but the hotel definitely needs new cleaning staff.”

“Rooms and property were very clean! Bed was comfortable. I held back one star because the room is stuffy when A/C is not running..makes a big difference! I would have preferred a quite room without running the A/C but found it stuffy when I turned if off. Perhaps the carpet needs to be shampooed. I would stay here again and recommned it.”

“Our room wasn’t very clean. There were cob webs in the corners of the room with many dead bugs in them. The walls above the shower had many hairs stuck on the wall.”

“I had a room with a removal shower head and they put me in a room with a bathtub with no removable shower head and acted like it was no big deal I just wanted what I booked everything else there was nice The room was clean bed was a little bit hard and the breakfast was good normal”

“The beds were super comfortable, the rooms were clean, the staff was extremely nice and over all it was the nicest hotel we have stayed at in Enid, OK”

“Toilet made loud noise when flushed. Hot tub was out of service. The indoor pool area was always cold due to A/C. Bed was saggy on left side. Breakfast was limited but was good. Someone kept propping side door open - security concern. Room was clean, A/C functional.”

“I requested a non smoking room but it still smelled horrible the carpets throughout the hotel were nasty. The smell of weed reeked the whole floor. The bed was clean but not very comfortable. It’s an old property and you get what you pay for. The pool area is nice but is not heated due to issues with the heater the hot tub also is not hot. Staff was ok for the most part didn’t really have interaction with them. Breakfast is grab and go sandwiches and stuff like that.”

“There were no amenities. There were no coffee or cups of any kind in any rooms. The soda machine was out of order. The pool was empty and grass unkept. The pool looked like it has been empty for years and road runners had moved in. As we opened the door to enter the hallway to our room the smell of decomposition cleaner was overwhelming. My friend is a police chief and spent years cleaning up crime scenes. The smell was the same as you would get from a dead body. As we walked by the room the...
