Lepe Beach: Tour e Visite Guidate

Receptionist stitched me up and put me in a room with no windows. I have MS and couldn’t cope and I slept in Car. Had another night booked but was refused refund and was rude too and whatever . I stayed some where else. Staff not that good, in fact rude and enjoy others misery . hotel is cheaper for reason

I didn’t realise upon booking that the hotel has no A/C throughout, my room was 27 degrees, woke up at 2 am due to it being red hot and went and sat near reception as it was around 10 deg lower than the room, there was a free standing fan in the room which looked like it had done a few rounds with Mike Tyson, then just to top it off the fridge didn’t work at all, and when we reported it nothing was done. For £180 for 2 people for 1 night I could have stayed somewhere with a/c, a swimming pool & gym.
