“First of all, we GREATLY appreciated the room they assigned to us, as it was a triple with a playground for our 6-year-old daughter – she absolutely loved it, and it was a wonderful surprise for her birthday! The staff is very helpful and kind, and the location is excellent. However, some small details here and there give the impression of a lack of attention and care which, if addressed, would have made a big difference.”
