“Crockery was dirty. Despite not requesting this towels were changed every day. Advised hotel that booking was incorrect - there were 2 of us. Hotel replied to sort with reception on arrival. Hotel then charged €45 for the free breakfast for the "extra" guest. ”

It was really hard to make them understand that the pictures reported on the website were completely different from the reality! So they Tried to change the room and once there the air conditioner definitively stopped to go!! The day after they fixed a new one air conditioner but we asked for a real superior room and finally we moved to a better room a little bit more...
