“The location of the hotel, right in the middle of Meribel, is very convenient, not only for skiers but also for folks who want to walk around the village at night and enjoy the various restaurants. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Had an issue with the TV access to Netflix that was not resolved but staff seemed to be trying. Pleasant dining room as well as the bar. ”

“Staff was not very friendly or willing to make up for a room that was not what was advertised. I stayed 4 nights; I guess housekeeping doesn't exist there? I went to the front desk to ask for soap. The layout of the facility is absolutely impossible to navigate. It is a true labyrinth with long, narrow hallways that are insufficiently labeled and there were so many unnecessary doors. I got lost each time I left the room. Getting to and from the garage is even more impossible. On a positive...
