Cocoonr is offering this 42 m² flat for rent in Les Angles, within walking distance of the ski resort, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises an 18 m² living area with a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room (with shower). Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- An 18 m² living area with a TV, double sofa bed, dining area and a fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, barbecue, dishwasher, hob, raclette machine, hand blender…
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

Outdoors:
- A 6 m² south-east-facing balcony with unobstructed views of the lake and mountains, furnished with a table and six chairs to enjoy the fine weather

The flat is ideally situated in Les Angles, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

Activities:
- By shuttle bus (free, located at the entrance to the residence): cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowshoeing, tobogganing on tracks. Ski slopes 600 m from the accommodation
- The ski lifts are open from late November to early April (opening dates are subject to change)
- In summer: walks in the mountains, around the lakes of Balcère, Matemale or Lac des Bouillouses

Transport:
If you choose to travel by car, you can park for free in the building’s car park.

- Nearest railway station: Montlouis, approximately 10 km away
- Nearest airport: Perpignan, approximately 90 km away

- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
