This charming 30 m² flat with mountain views, located in a lively area of Les Angles, can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom. We're waiting for you!

The apartment is composed as follows:
- 15 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A kitchen, open onto the living room, equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, raclette machine for 6 people...
- A bedroom with a bunk bed made up of two double beds
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC

Exterior:
- A 10 m² balcony with a view of the village and the mountains, with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The flat is ideally located in Les Angles, at the foot of the slopes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Other comments:
- The flat is located above a bar that plays music. Noise pollution is possible on Friday and Saturday evenings until 2am.
- It is possible to rent a private parking space in the garage opposite the residence, for a supplement of 10 €/day. Reservation and payment on site, with our local partner.
- Pets are not allowed in the flat.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or an additional charge can be paid to our local service provider). Price: €70.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
