“I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. “The property is OK. But EXPEDIA is NOT OK. I asked for an invoice at the time of the reservation. The hotel called me to say that I neded to get the invoice from Expedia. I only could get a receipt and not an invoice. This is the last time that I will reserve tghrough Expedia when you are not able to provide me an invoice in IItaly for my Italian Company. I have now lost the VAT which I could normally subtract. This is the only way to communicate with Expedia.”
