The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- Bedroom 1: two single beds forming a double bed (160x190) and a bathroom (with bath)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds forming a double bed (160x190) and a bathroom (with shower)
- Separate WC

First floor:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood provided at extra cost), sofa and dining area
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 3: two single beds forming a double bed (160x190) and a shower room (with shower and WC)

Second floor:
- Bedroom 4: two single beds forming a double bed (160x190) with a shower room (with shower)
- Bedroom 5: two single beds forming a double bed (160x190)
- Bedroom 6: a single bed and a mezzanine bed
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

Exterior:
- Each floor has a south-facing balcony measuring approximately 4 m by 1.5 m. The ground- and first-floor balconies are equipped with two garden armchairs to enjoy the sunny weather.

The chalet is ideally located in Les Belleville, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Mountain biking: take advantage of the many trails for all levels in the Vallée des Belleville
- Hiking & walking: there are over 70 hiking routes around the peaks, mountain lakes, mountain pastures and torrents.
- Paragliding: with views over the valley
- Ski lifts at La Croisette about 20 minutes' walk from the accommodation.

Belleville has several stations, and the stop for the accommodation is "Les Ménuires".

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the chalet (in front and next door).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Moûtiers, 30 km away. Shuttles are available during the holidays from Moûtiers station to Les Menuires resort.
- Nearest airport: Chambéry Savoie Mont Blanc, 112 km away.
