Good location with ski in ski out but little else in the location. Apartment specious and ski locker a good size and heated. Pillows were terrible - bring your own! Also coffee machine did not fit ANY of the pods in the supermarket or reception - just annoying. Good value for money.

L appartement est moderne et très agréable, au pied des pistes, même si pas au meilleur endroit pour basculer sur les 3 vallées.La piscine est un peu froide mais agréable quand même....

Room was ready, but they wanted to charge €45 to hand us the key 1 hour before 17:00!!!! I complained big time to the manager when I spoke to her, and they handed over the keys without charge! When they charge this much for such poor service, I assume the low quality is due the such high demand. Very disappointed with the hotel/apartment. Just like last years stay at another similar venue in Val Thorens!

Déçue car nous avions sélectionné ce logement grâce a ses prestations de soins hors il n’y avait qu’un masseur donc pas de duo possible, et personnage un peu atypique pour des massage au 1er abord et les accès au spa payant… Le ménage avait été fait de manière assez succincte…poubelles pas propres et wc non plus… Assez déçu !

Ski 2025

Ganske god placering i området, specielt hvis man er kendt i området. Rolig beliggenhed, supermarket lige om hjørnet og stedets restaurant var både rigtig god og billig. Morgenmads bestiller fungerer upåklageligt. Rengøringen og receptions personalet er langt under middel. Vi fortalte flere gange der var udfordringer med varmen, men blev spist af med at sådan var systemet bare - vi havde desværre ikke termometer med, men vores bud er, at der var under 20 grader i lejligheden. Receptionen talte meget dårligt engelsk. Spa - vil hellere kalde det for et boblebad og sauna. Den del var meget oversolgt, men skikælder, parkering og selve lejligheden var i den meget gode ende.

Nouvel hôtel appartement de bonne qualité.

Très bel endroit et personnel très sympathique. L'endroit sur la carte n'est pas bon. L'hotel est environ 300m plus au nord. Un marché d alimentation est juste de l'autre côté de la rue. Possibilité de partir ski au pied mais le retour est plus difficile, il faut prévoir d'avance et revenir par des pistes moins intéressantes. Nous avons préférez revenir au centre et prendre le bus. Prévoir budget pur acheter tout à l'appartement (sac poubelle, essuie tout, liquide vaisselle. Cuisine bien équipée. Avec séjours vous avez droit au centre de spa, personne nous en avait informé donc nous n'avons pu en profiter. Le resto est très bon. Espace piscine tres bruyant si enfant et piscine très peu profonde. En général ce fut agréable.

We booked the room with the expectation to find a 4 stars hotel, both families came with our kids and it was supposed to be our winter holiday, but unfortunately it become a nightmare. Rooms were dirty, walls were damaged, juicy or vomit on the floor, the sofa was badly stained and super dirty, toilet was licking and made a bad noise all night, sheets were dirty, no hair drier, no basic hygiene objects, with stinky hair and with a lot of small hauls, the shower didn' t work because the hot water didn’t work (was unable to shower of course), the window couldn’t be closed during the night and all night the apartment was incredibly cold. The smell in the toilet was bad, we had to use the toilet near the reception in order not to vomit.The curtains were damaged, the heat did not work the whole night, and as a consequence we got cold and felt sick. We have taken pictures for everything we mentioned above and also the manager/ receptionist came and saw the situation and agree. (We also have a video with her saying that we are right.) We are going further with the legal actions, already started with the lawyers, until we will get the money back- at least the paid amount, as the expenses were lots higher because we had to change everything because of this event! So we have initiated an action to get also penalties for the damages you have caused besides the 3.600€ paid. Expedia is as guilty as the hotel management as you promote terrible hotels 2 stars maximum as they are 4 stars.

Appartement spacieux et propre. Literie de très mauvaise qualité. Les oreillers ne ressemblent plus à des oreillers et jaunis et le matelas est une planche. Un peu éloigné de tout, obligé de prendre la voiture ou la navette (peut fréquente en été) pour aller dans le centre des menuires.

If you looking to Party, this is the place to stay

Hotel was well located and bus service ran from outside the entrance. Rooms were spacious and kitchen had enough space/amenities for us. The negatives- 1. Hygiene, the bed sheets had not been changed on numerous beds in the house, this was evident from dirt on the sheets. Towels, we were there for a week and when asking the reception to change them, they want to charge 7Francs / person. Smell, awful sewerage smell would be on the ground floor and lower levels of the hotel. Noise. Our room was on the 8th floor located near the road. Kept getting wokrn up by cars, people and buses. Also hotel was near the recycling bins so you would get woken up by refuge bins. Other issue is there was people singing Karaoke in the room above 5nifhts in the row until 3am some evenings. When complaining to the managent they told us that there is nothing they can do... And we shod call the police... In my opinion pretty poor response! I would not recommend the hotel based on these above factors

Voorzieningen zoals restaurant, zwembad, waren goed verzorgd. De parkeergelegenheid was goed, vriendelijke receptiemedewerkers. In ons appartement ontbrak een kledingkast in de grote slaapkamer terwijl er wel ru8mte was om een dergelijke kast te plaatsen.

erfect hotel voor een week wintersport

Prima hotel op een perfecte locatie. Het hotel ligt direct aan de piste en heeft een ski in/ski out. De kamers zijn eenvoudig maar goed. Er is een klein zwembad en een kleine Spa. In het hotel is ook een skiverhuur en op 50 meter een supermarkt.

The apartment was clean and extremely well-equipped, with a mini washing up kit provided to get you started. Great location for the Carrefour store next door for all your essentials, including fresh pastries and bread each morning (also available from the hotel, but we just nipped out to pick them up). This is also a ski-in/ski-out property with a lovely easy run down to the Bettex lift in the morning (although be prepared for a slightly icey blue run to get back in the afternoon!). The free bus stops directly outside of the hotel if you need to get children to ski school earlier than the Bettex starts running. All in all, a great holiday with two children aged 4 and 7!

The property was clean and had all the amenities you could wish for. Ski in ski out facilities were excellent The only things to let the experience down was the fact we couldn't check in or even talk to any one on arrival. One other small point is we had to share just one toilet between five.

Skiraum ohne Schuhtrockner, Pool sehr klein und max. 70.cm tief , ist eher ein Witz oder nur für Kinder geeignet. Sauna nur mit Reservierung und 12€ p.P . Allgemein viel teurer als in Österreich !!! Sonst Ok.
