“L'hotel necessita di essere rinnovato ma il rinnovo e' previsto e viene pubblicizzato nella lobby per questo inverno. Lo staff alla reception e' cordiale e disponibile. Il servizio di pulizia e' un piccolo disastro se confrontato con gli standard europei, un giorno dimenticano gli asciugamani un giorno la pulizia della camera un giorno di rifornire il set per te e caffè , comunque servizio discontinuo. “Unfortunately my family's five day stay was a terrible experience. The hotel is very run down and poorly maintained. And there were issues from the time we arrived. The biggest problem was mosquitoes in and outside our room. I complained to the young receptionist and her first response was very disappointing. I was told that there were some "very important people" including judges expected to arrive and we might not be able to switch rooms. Advice to the young lady: never make a guest feel like...
