Fees Upon Arrival

• Damage deposit: €600 (refundable provided there is no damage, items missing, or extra cleaning required)
• Tourist tax (18+): €5.06/person/stay.
• This amount is subject to change. Please consult the local municipality for the exact amount based on your stay dates

• End-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen & dishes)
• The end-of-stay cleaning is included but does not cover the kitchen and dishes. Therefore, you are responsible for cleaning the kitchen, and washing and putting away the dishes before departure, otherwise, additional fees may apply. A welcome kit with necessary products will be provided in the kitchen but will not be replenished if the products run out.
