Welcome to the \'Les Balcons de Venosc\' residence



This 25m² apartment with mezzanine for 4 people, located on the 1st floor, consists of:



- Living room with a sofa and a television

- Mezzanine with 1 double bed (1x2 pers, 160x200)

- A small bedroom with 2 single beds (2x1 pers)

- Large south-facing balcony with outdoor table and chairs

- Equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and kitchen utensils.

- Separate toilet

- Bathroom with bathtub.

- Board games, raclette / fondue appliance.

- Mountain view

- The accommodation is equipped with duvets, pillows, and sheets.



The \'LES BALCONS DE VENOSC\' residence is located near the ski slopes, ski rentals and all amenities:



- 300 metres from the Le Diable chairlift, about 4 minutes\' walk from the slopes

- 1 km from the ski school

- 500 metres from equipment rentals

- 300 metres from small shops



Towels and end-of-stay cleaning are extra:

- Towel kit: €12 / person

- Bedding kit: €16 / person

- End-of-stay cleaning: €70



A security deposit of €500 is required upon arrival.
