• Bedrooms 1–5: double beds, ensuite bathrooms with showers, TVs.
• Bedroom 6: four single beds, a private bathroom with a shower, TV.
• Living Area: sofa, fireplace, and TV for cosy gatherings.
• Kitchen: fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, capsule coffee machine, toaster, raclette machine.
• Terrace: a panoramic view of the mountains with a private hot tub.

Fees Upon Arrival

• Security deposit: €1500/accommodation (refundable provided there is no damage, missing items or additional cleaning required)
• A small daily tourist tax per night and person will be collected upon arrival. This amount is subject to change. Please consult the local municipality for the exact amount based on your stay dates.
