Set on the garden level of a small residence, it features a huge south-west-facing terrace, perfect for enjoying the sunshine and ideal for families with children who can play in the snow just outside the apartment.
The apartment offers a spacious and bright living area with a wood-burning stove, creating a warm and cosy atmosphere after a day in the mountains. The living room opens directly onto the large terrace and features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with an oven, microwave and dishwasher.
The sleeping area comprises a first bedroom with two single beds, a sleeping cabin with two single beds, a shower room and a separate WC. The second, master bedroom features a double bed and its own private shower room with WC.
A separate laundry room equipped with a washing machine completes the apartment.
For added convenience, the property also includes two private covered parking spaces under a patio, as well as a private ski locker.
The residence enjoys a peaceful setting while remaining within easy reach of all the resort’s main facilities. A free shuttle bus stop is located directly in front of the residence, with regular services providing easy access to the ski lifts, ESF ski school meeting points, the resort centre, shops and supermarkets.
For skiers, the “Accès Vallée Blanche” ski slope can be reached on foot in less than 150 metres. From there, you can ski directly to the Petite Aiguille lift, providing access to the ski area as well as the ESF meeting points via the slopes.
In summer, the apartment is also ideally located for enjoying the resort’s outdoor activities, with the Lac de la Buissonnière in the Petit Plan area just 700 metres away.

During Summer , the end of stay cleaning is included. Linen and towels are in option and have to be ordered at least one week before arrival.
During winter, bed linen ,bed made upon arrival, towels, welcome amenities and end of stay cleaning are included.
