  • Studio apartment of 30m² for 4 persons at the 5th floor of a residence with a lift. Balcony facing South with mountain views.

    Location: foot of the slopes, resort center area.

    Living area: living room with [hidden], sofa and dining area.
    PVC coating on the floor.

    Kitchen: open to the living room.
    Equipment: gas cooker with oven and 3 ceramic hobs, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette machine.

    - Night space: 1 bunk bed wit 2 singles bed

    Sleeping area in the corridor, separated from the living with a door.

    The residence Le Côte Brune is situated in the heart of the ski resort, down the slopes.Close to the ski-schools’s meeting point, the shops, the cinema. At 200m to the cabin lift le Jandry-express, direct access to the mountain glacier in winter and in summer. The return by ski is possible in winter.
