This large house, fully equipped to accommodate up to 10 people, offers an ideal setting for a family or friends' getaway. You will appreciate its breathtaking view of the entire valley, its large garden, its beautiful swimming pool and its terrace with barbecue to enjoy summer evenings. A perfect starting point for exploring the treasures of Périgord.

Enter through the entrance door and discover a beautiful and spacious living area of over 45m2. The modern and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, gas hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher) will allow you to cook as if at home. For your breakfasts, a kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and a Nespresso machine are also available. Share your meals around the dining table for 10 people or enjoy the terrace in summer. In the evening, gather in the lounge area, comfortably seated on the sofas facing the television and fireplace.



The accommodation has 4 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 - on the ground floor: a master suite with a king-size bed (180x200cm), storage spaces and a private bathroom with a hairdryer.

Bedroom 2 - upstairs: a queen-size bed (160x200cm), a chest of drawers and a large mirror.

Bedroom 3 - upstairs: a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and a chest of drawers.

Bedroom 4 - upstairs: four single beds (90x190cm).



The accommodation has a shared bathroom on the first floor with a hairdryer and toilet. A second independent toilet is also located on the ground floor.



For added comfort, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, two travel cots, a high chair, an ironing board and an iron are also at your disposal.
