The apartment opens onto a pleasant living area combining lounge, dining room and open-plan kitchen. After a day on the slopes or a mountain hike, everyone can gather here to share a meal or enjoy a moment of relaxation.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay: induction hobs, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.



Three balconies extend the interior spaces and allow you to enjoy the mountain air, whilst bringing beautiful natural light to the apartment.

The sleeping arrangements adapt to family stays as well as getaways with friends:



– Two double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room and a 160 × 200 cm bed, convertible into two single beds according to your needs.

– A mountain corner equipped with bunk beds, located near the entrance.

Located on the first floor of a residence with a lift, Kaya offers Wi-Fi connection, a flat-screen television, a washer-dryer and underfloor heating with a heat pump.



A private ski locker, equipped with an electric shoe dryer that can accommodate up to six pairs, allows you to find your equipment ready for a new day on the slopes.



A private parking space is also at your disposal in the residence's secure underground garage. The maximum door clearance height is 2.05 m. Free public parking is available just 50 metres away.
