Hotel sulla neve a Les Gets

“Onboarding super, the team was great and gave a lot of advise. The location is great as well, as you can join the main ski station and departure with the ski at feet from the hotel. We had a "family" room, here the room was comfortable but a little bit small, staying a full week for vacation would may be a challenge. Strengh are that you have also a restaurant in the hotel means you don't need to go to town if you'd like to rest. Infrastructure is also well with by side options like spa, billard...

“It was off-season so hardly anyone was there. My room was terrific with a mini-sauna on the deck. Staff was very friendly. Easy walk into town with the plenty of dining options (during the season that is). A very nice place and a great stay. ”

“Having the room cleaned was not automatic. The Spa is not super convenient having to ask staff to power on the sauna and steam room. The staff was great and very welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the town and the ski departure area. Breakfast was great also.”

“Le chalet n'avait pas été occupé depuis plusieurs semaines ; une vérification et un nettoyage préalables à notre arrivée s'imposaient. Nous avons envoyé un mail à l'Agence, gestionnaire du chalet pour indiquer notre insatisfaction. Dommage car la station est agréable avec nombreuses animations.”
