  • Situation : Les Gets, F3/F4 on les gets map. Cosy 2 bedrooms appartement about 60m². Ideally situated near by the center village. Quiet place with an amazing view for this flat situated at the third floor with lift. Chavannes ski lift and center village at 400m.

    Description : At the 3rd floor of the residence with elevator :

    - 1 living room area with 1 sofa and 1 double sofa bed (160 x 190)
    - 1 diner area with a 8 persons table
    - 1 kitchen opened on the main room with access on a large balcony with view on the village and the mountains.
    - 1 bedroom with trundle bed (2x90)
    - 1 double bedroom with a 160 x 190 cm bed
    - 1 shower room
    - 1 independant toilet.

    Amenities :
    Flat screen TV, Wifi, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer.
    Parking space in the underground garage of the residence.

    > No linen included (possible to rent it through the agency).
    Double bed linen : 25 euros
    Single bed linen : 22 euros
    Set of towels : 15 euros
