Dès notre arrivée, il y avait une forte odeur de moisissure dans la chambre, ce qui rendait l’endroit très inconfortable. L’état général de la chambre ne correspondait pas du tout au prix demandé : plusieurs marques visibles sur les murs et les cadres de porte, des signes d’usure, une salle de bain qui semblait mal entretenue et du mobilier taché. “The first room I had there were ants crawling all over the walls everywhere. The whirlpool tub didn't work also. So my first night was not pleasant at all...the next day I went to the administration and they changed my room for a bigger room right next door...no ants and the jet tub worked. I was actually happy the tub didn't work as my room was changed on this account but the ants was not a spring time issue there's a nest under the patio door as that was the location they were entering from....

Les équipements extérieurs (piscine, et spa extérieurs) n’étaient pas disponibles pendant notre séjour, mais nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et sauna intérieur, qui étaient très calmes. Nous nous sommes reposés dans un des salons à l’étage du Hartford pendant l’après-midi et c’était très bon. Il y a même plusieurs jeux de société pour passer un moment agréable. Notre seul regret est de ne pas être resté plus longtemps !”
