The vacation house is situated in the picturesque village of Saint Martin de Vers. The river the Vers, still a small river passes through the nice small village. The vacation house is split in 2 parts. First part: main house: fully equipped kitchen, dining room + salon of 40 m2, office/bibliotheque, 1 sleeping room of 20 m2 with a double bed, bathroom with bath an toilet and a small room with the washing machine + behind the fire place there is storing place of 40 m2. The 2nd part has a dining room/salon with fridge of 25 m2, 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds of 90 cm and a shower room with toilet.  The central heating is on fuel + wood heater.  The entry from 1 part to the other is by the garden terrace along the house.  There is a barn, on the street level where the precious materials (such as bicycles) can be stored.
