Every detail has been carefully considered for your comfort. The cottage offers all the amenities you need for a stay with family or friends, in a peaceful and charming setting. You’ll also enjoy easy access to local shops, restaurants, and the region’s treasures: Champagne vineyards, idyllic walks, historic sites, and the famous wine cellars of Les Riceys. Heating, electricity, housekeeping, sheets, and towels are included in the price of your stay. The first cottage features, on the first floor, a living area with a sitting/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a master bedroom with a private bathroom (extra-flat shower pan, sink, toilet). Upstairs, there is a double bedroom (160x200 beds) and a family bedroom (160x200 bed + 90x190 bed + 70x160 children’s bed on the mezzanine), a bathroom (extra-flat shower pan, sink, toilet), and a relaxation area with books and games. Each bedroom has its own television. The second cottage features, on the first floor, a living area with a sitting/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom (extra-flat shower pan, sink, toilet). Upstairs, there are 2 double bedrooms (160x200 beds) and a sleeping area for 3 people (140x190 bed + 90x190 bed on a loft), a bathroom (extra-flat shower pan, sink, toilet). Outside, you’ll have access to an enclosed courtyard with patio furniture, a parasol, a lounge area, and a barbecue… Video surveillance is only at the courtyard entrance. Free parking is available on the street or 50 meters away.
