ROSE Vacances offers you this renovated apartment organized as a duplex in a historic building in the pedestrian city center of Sables d'Olonne. Apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people.

Located on a street perpendicular to the embankment of Les Sables d'Olonne, its magnificent beach, and the Penote island neighborhood, this apartment offers you the possibility of doing everything on foot!
Pedestrian streets, restaurants, Halles market, Grande Plage, you are in the heart of the city!

This apartment located on the ground floor of a building is organized as a duplex with a cozy living room and a fully equipped functional kitchen (kettle, toaster, microwave, filter coffee maker) open to the inner patio. The patio is equipped with a garden table, its 4 chairs and loungers, where you can relax out of sight, in complete tranquility after returning from the beach!
In a duplex, 2 bedrooms; one equipped with a 140 cm bed, and the second with two 90 cm beds. Both overlook the patio. A bathroom with bathtub, sink cabinet, and towel dryer, and an independent toilet complete the night area.

Perfect for spending beautiful holidays where everything will be accessible on foot!

70 meters from the main beach of Les Sables d'Olonne.
100 meters from the shops in the city center and the Halles district.
700 meters from the Sables d'Olonne train station.
