Discover this pleasant, bright, and newly renovated studio apartment, offering breathtaking sea views from its southeast-facing balcony. Ideally located just steps from the famous Arago Market and its shops (just 500 meters away), and just 100 meters from the beach, this apartment allows you to fully enjoy everything Les Sables-d'Olonne has to offer, on foot!

On the 2nd floor of a building with elevator access, this rental welcomes you with an entrance hall furnished with a 90cm bed. The kitchen opens onto the living room with a balcony where you can relax and admire the sea view. A 160x190cm sofa bed offers optimal comfort. The bathroom, equipped with a shower and toilet, completes the layout of this space.

The amenities available in this apartment include a refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, TV, and a balcony where you can enjoy your meals al fresco.

To ensure a calm and relaxing atmosphere, pets are not allowed in this rental.
