Pool Immobilier presents this holiday home located in Les Sables d'Olonne, just 700 meters from the prestigious Port Olona, the legendary starting point of the Vendée Globe. Ideally situated about a twenty-minute walk from the main beach and the town center, this villa offers an idyllic setting for a family getaway, combining charm, comfort, and proximity to the region's main attractions.

Spread over two levels, this accommodation offers a unique experience. On the ground floor, you will be welcomed by a direct entrance into a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen meeting all your needs, an elegant bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), as well as a shower room and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, discover a sleeping area comprising a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (80 cm + 80 cm), a modern bathroom, and a separate toilet. Every detail has been carefully considered to create a warm and inviting environment.

For your convenience, parking is available in front of the house, and a garage is provided for your bicycles or motorcycles, offering a practical solution for exploring the surrounding area.

The house is fully equipped to meet your expectations, with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, three-burner induction cooktop, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Enjoy a private enclosed garden with a furnished terrace for relaxing outdoors.
