Located in the Saint-Michel neighborhood, this studio is quiet in a dead-end street, a gate secures access to the housing.
To facilitate your travels, you can move around by bicycle or on foot.

The accommodation consists of a functional and well-equipped living area with a 140 cm bed furniture, a sofa, its table and chairs. The kitchen is open and fully equipped: oven, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine (filters and SGL capsules)...
From a bathroom with WC; equipped with a shower, a towel warmer, a hair dryer, and a sink unit with storage.
You will also find a storage room where a washing machine and all the necessary cleaning supplies are installed.

The living room opens directly onto the courtyard where you can enjoy the sun. Ideal for relaxing or having a barbecue. Lounger, parasol, garden furniture, and electric barbecue are at your disposal.

To complete this accommodation, you will have two adult bicycles at your disposal, as well as a garden shed to store beach equipment if needed.

Parking is free in the dead end.
