Ideally located in a pleasant neighborhood just 150 meters from the beach, 350 meters from shops, and 500 meters from the Arago market. Everything is within walking distance. On the 2nd floor with elevator access, this rental comprises an entrance hall with two 80cm bunk beds suitable for children, a living room with a 140cm sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with toilet.

    Amenities: Refrigerator, 3-burner induction cooktop, combination microwave/oven, washing machine, flat-screen TV. Balcony equipped with an awning. Ideal for holidays.
