Apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people.

Located on JF Kennedy promenade, in the first line facing the ocean, this apartment offers all the necessary comfort just steps away from the beach and shops in the Presidents district, highly sought after by vacationers!

Apartment featuring a living room-dining area open to the balcony with sea view, equipped with a comfortable 160 cm sofa bed, a coffee table and an armchair, a dining table with 4 chairs, a TV screen and WiFi.
The open and functional kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker and numerous storage spaces.

Then, the bathroom with its bathtub, sink cabinet, and hair dryer.
Independent WC.

On the night side, you will have a double room with a 180 cm bed (2X90) and its headboard, bedside tables, wardrobe, and small desk.

Finally, you can relax and admire the ocean from the southwest-facing balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a good coffee!

For more convenience, you will have a private parking space in the neighboring residence.
