Family-friendly and functional house in the Arago district, just a stone's throw from the large beach of Sables d'Olonne.

Ideally located in the heart of the lively Arago district, famous for its market. City centre, station, shops and beach all within walking distance.

Night side:

Ground floor bedroom: 160 bed, wardrobe

In maisonette: 2 bedrooms and in each bedroom a 140 bed and bunk bed.

Bathroom with shower, sink, storage unit, hairdryer, toilet

Independent toilet under porch practical outdoor shower for returning from the beach



Exterior: large quiet enclosed terrace, garden furniture, gas plancha.



Free and paid parking on the street.



1 minute walk from Arago market.

6 minutes walk from the beach and restaurants.

5 minutes by car from the SNCF train station and town centre.

Arrival: from 4pm (not before)

Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)



Late Arrivals

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



Accommodation prepared for your arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a worry-free arrival.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the bins to the designated locations

Gather used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation



In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if thorough cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)
