Arago Neighbourhood House Les Sables d'Olonne



Located in the charming Arago neighbourhood, this pleasant and bright house is perfect for family or friends' holidays.

With its lovely outdoor patio, it invites relaxation and conviviality, just a few minutes from the beach and shops.

This single-storey house offers all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay.



A first bedroom with a double bed, ideal for restful nights.



A second modular room with a trundle bed and a single bed in a mezzanine, perfect for children or friends.



A modern and practical shower room, equipped with a washbasin and a toilet.



The living space, bright and warm, consists of a comfortable living room open to a fitted kitchen: hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker.

The whole opens directly onto the patio, offering a fluid access to the outside.

A large table allows you to share your meals outdoors under the Vendée sun.

For moments of relaxation, sunbeds are at your disposal, and a plancha promises delicious summer evenings with loved ones.

A late arrival service after 9 pm is available at an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



Accommodation Prepared for Your Arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon your arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a completely relaxed arrival.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service. To ensure consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

Wash and put away dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the designated locations

Gather used linen in the entrance of the accommodation

In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if a thorough cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)
