“The location is magnificent, there are no other words for it. The apartment itself however is run down. A lot of things are broken or nearly broken (bed, shower, gate to lake and fridge/freezer). If one pays more than € 400,- a night one could expect a level of comfort which this apartment does NOT provide!”

“Appartement spacieux et moderne , belle petite terrasse balcon extérieur, cadre très agréable avec petite rivière à proximité et petit pont amenant directement au centre ville avec commerces. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 4. Très belle région que nous connaissons bien depuis longtemps. À refaire , dommage que les prix en été s'envolent un peu trop.”

“We thought this appartment was in a great location, easy safe parking, lift to make a 1st floor appartment user friendly. I read comments about road noise before we went and yes there is road noise because you are so close to the lake and that is where people drive. It`s well worth the small inconvenience. The veiw from the room is spectacular. We took our dog and the place was ideal. It is really busy closer to Annecy but Duingit is less so and a great place to base yourself when exploring the...
