Our arrival was not confirmed with the lodge and we were accomodated in substandard accommodation for the first night. The staff was great and very apologetic. The shower head was blocked. The setting is great.

The facilities are in excellent condition, the staff is lovely, the breakfast is very good, and it's not far from the Kruger gate and shops.
