Our arrival was not confirmed with the lodge and we were accomodated in substandard accommodation for the first night. The staff was great and very apologetic. The shower head was blocked. The setting is great.

The hotel is characteristic and located 200mt from Kruger gate. The room are spacious but there is no balcony or veranda but just a wide window to the grass (this aspect should be improved) The cleanliness was acceptable but not excellent. Wifi quite weak. Amazing
fantastic house in the middle of nature. We enjoyed the stay and the meeting with elephants, impalas, warthogs, etc. and many brightly colored birds at the watering hole.
