“The atmosphere is really great, but I did find our room to be dirty. I did my own wipe down of the surfaces due to stuck on food and crumbs, there was also hair in the bed. Staff is very friendly though! Just wish they were more diligent to keep things properly clean.”

“This is the only hotel that I have stayed at in the last 10 years that took the time to call your room about 15 minutes after check in to see if everything was good and if you needed help with anything. As it was, the TV was being a bit difficult and went into a software update that we didn't know what to do with. “This hotel is extremely noisy. You can see the hallway light through the gap under the door and you can hear every single noise in the hallway. You can also hear every conversation through the walls and any noise above. The hotel pool completely bleached my swimsuit from purple to white and caused itchy burning skin for several days.
