“This was my favorite place to stay on our recent Ireland trip. The location in the middle of the Connemara was exactly what I was looking for. The place was beautiful and had everything we needed for a group of 6. We referenced the house guide many times for advice on the local area. It's the perfect home base for exploring the area. “It is magical home in a magical place. It can't be more welcoming. The house is full of light . I live the kitchen and the living room with amazing views towards the sea and the saumon fishers.I have love the time sitting at home, relaxing and enjoying the peace and the warmth atmosphere. I have love playing the piano and cooking in the big kitchen.The bedrooms upstairs are big and very comfortable.Eileen has been very nice to us.She has answered all our questions.Hope to come back again soon.”

If you like an environment where you can only hear the singing of birds, the whistling of the wind and the noise of the sea, this is the right place. Ann, the person in charge of the house, will do everything possible to make sure you are happy to be there, available 24/7 if you require anything. The cottage has perfect equipment, good heating and a fireplace to make you enjoy your stay.”

“Great location for a drive around Connemara, a visit to the Aran Islands and a day to Dog's Bay. One of the highlights was a close encounter with 3 cuckoos fighting over territory or a female. They called and circled for about an hour over the house. ”
