Riscaldamento ingestibile. Qualsiasi temperatura o velocità di ventola si mettesse dopo poco ritornava come prima a sua discrezione. Tazza e cucchiaino presenti in camera erano sporchi. Il bar dell'albergo apre solo a partire dalle ore 13 e in occasione di un incontro con un cliente sono dovuta andare a prendere il caffè nella sala colazione (presente nello stabile di fronte) dovendo argomentare la questione con i gestori della sala.
