“The apartment (302 - top floor, no elevator) does not look anything like the photos. It is very run down, smelled like smoke, deep in the pillows, mattress and comforter, there were holes in the walls, the bathroom sink did not work (opened the valve - it leaked all over), the walls are super thin, could hear everything including the rooftop (shared wall w/apt) which was extremely loud at night (not soundproofed as described). They were very responsive to texts (except for fixing the sink),...
