Hotel vicino a Levittown Lake - Philadelphia

“I always booked the jacuzzi smoking room and everytime I would get the same room but this time I was put in another room on the 2nd floor. Normally I am pretty satisfied with this facility. This time wasn't the case. The hallway leading to my room smelled like urine. The room had many bugs, I killed about 8-10 flies and there were lots of gnats or fruit flies. There were also lots of ppl hanging around. At 2 in the morning, kids were outside, ppl were arguing.”

“The hotel was good but there were people next door having a loud music like around 11 pm my kids couldn’t get to sleep until a fight it out with next door room we call 3 time to the lobby and they didn’t do anything about it not even when up to see what was happening besides they give us a connecting room and that made me feel unsafe we didn’t notice until we were already set so overall the hotel didn’t make me feel safe on that sense.it was clean and very nice place besides that inconvenient”

“The phone in our room did not work. We let the staff know and was told they would call maintenance right away to switch it out. Maintenance never came. The breakfast was disappointing. Nothing hot. Just muffins, bagels, and yogurt. Our room was nice; just didn't like the location; right next to the laundry room. There were cleaning carts parked outside our room, staff talking & laughing, washers & dryers running, etc. On the upside, the bathroom was nice & large with shampoo,...

“BED BUGS!! Beware!!! We brought the pillow cases with bed bugs all over them to the lobby and the "manager" was so unapologetic and unhelpful - he basically shined us on. Expedia contacted him to get us our money back and he refused. This was the single worst experience we've had at ANY hotel in ANY city in ANY country. Stay away from this horrible place. It's a dump.”
