“This is overall a good hotel. I know this review isn't going to sound that way but I rely on Expedia reviews and want others to know what to expect. It is very bare bones. There are basically no amenities. No laundry. The wi-fi is basically non functional. No ironing board (though there was an iron). No microwave. Towels are small and very minimal (we only got 3 for a 4 person room). No hand towels at all and only 2 washcloths. It is also right on a major highway so you WILL hear a lot of...

“The shower would turn to scalding water during a shower without any warning. We went to the office. The lady at the desk smiled at us condescendingly and said , “The pipes are old”. My husband, a paramedic and firefighter told her she should not rent the room to anyone with children or risk a serious injury to a child. She shrugged and said she’d have someone take a look. Nothing changed and no one looked at anything.”

“Wonderful experience! Very family friendly with breakfast, laundry accessories, pool and suite room. And the fact that they are pet friendly is *chef's kiss!* Staff was super friendly and very responsive to any request. Price for total package was more than fair!”
